Zavod Veles is an organizer and partner for Erasmus+ projects. As an institution accredited by the National Agency of Slovenia – MOVIT, Zavod Veles engages in different KA1 and KA2 projects.

The brand for KA1 youth exchanges and training courses is called LIDER+ – be the wind of change. It is where Petra Jazbec and Jošt Kozelj design and lead immersive learning experiences that help people grow as leaders, collaborators, and community builders. Want to join or read more about it? Zavod Veles is also working on KA2 partnership projects where the organization goes beyond the youth sector and strives to empower adults to build leadership capacity through projects such as LeadHERShip. And also passing the knowledge and skills it has been working on and developing for many years now to younger and less experienced organizations with projects such as Sustain you Dreams.

For several years, Zavod Veles has been collaborating with international networks such as Yes to Sustainability and the GEN Global Ecovillage Network, creating opportunities for cross-cultural learning, sustainable project development, and global community building.

Results & Impact

Over the past years, Zavod Veles’ trainings & youth exchanges have brought together participants from Slovenia and across Europe, creating a growing network of inspired leaders, facilitators, and community builders. In addition to that Zavod Veles:

  • Organized numerous national and international trainings and workshops in partnership with Erasmus+ and other organizations.
  • Built lasting partnerships with youth groups, NGOs, and sustainable initiatives across Europe.
  • Gathered a rich collection of training materials, reports, and “aha” moments that capture the learning and creativity sparked in each program.
  • Inspired participants to publish articles and reflections, year after year, sharing insights and best practices with a wider audience.

This growing body of experiences and resources continues to guide new projects and collaborations, ensuring that the knowledge and connections created with the help of Zavod Veles keep expanding far beyond each training.
